You start with no card. We email you 5 days before the trial ends. Subscribe and nothing changes. If you don't, the job tools pause and your records stay in your account, so you can subscribe later and pick up where you left off.
How is my shop's data handled?
Your customers, vehicles and jobs are visible only to your account, never to other shops. Card details go to Stripe, our payment processor, and CROW never sees your card number. Connections are encrypted, passwords are hashed, and two-factor sign-in is available. We don't sell your data.
